SuperAdmins can do everything a Coordinator can (see the Coordinator Guide and Facilitator Guide for the full flow lifecycle) — with no location scoping. The difference is national-level oversight and unrestricted user management, covered below.

1. Get set up

Accept your invitation and log in — see Getting Started.

2. Oversee all flows nationally

Use the Flows page with “all flows” toggled on to see every flow, regardless of region. You can also ask the WhatsApp bot for a status overview on any flow.

3. Manage flows anywhere

Create, edit, or archive any flow, in any region — location scoping doesn’t apply to you.

4. Manage the full user base

View role stats across the platform and invite or edit users of any role, including other SuperAdmins.

5. Oversee documents and feedback platform-wide

Use each flow’s Documents tab and analytics across all flows to monitor program-wide health.

6. Stay in the loop

You’ll receive email notifications for key events on any flow — flow created / approved / closed, feedback collection started or ended, documents needing approval, and onboarding confirmations. (Champions receive the same events via WhatsApp instead.)
