# Coordinator Guide

> What you can do as a Coordinator, in the order you'll typically do it.

<Note>
  Coordinators can do everything a Facilitator can (see the [Facilitator Guide](/role-guides/facilitator) for the full flow lifecycle) — the difference is scope and oversight, covered below. Your access spans your assigned **region**, not just one county.

## 1. Get set up

Accept your invitation and log in — see [Getting Started](/knowledge-base/getting-started).

## 2. Oversee flows across your region

Use the [Flows page](/knowledge-base/webapp-flows#the-flows-page) with the region filter to see all flows across the counties in your region, not just one. You can also [ask the WhatsApp bot for a status overview](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#getting-a-flow-status-overview) for a specific flow.

## 3. Set up or adjust flows

[Create](/knowledge-base/webapp-flows#create-a-flow) or [edit](/knowledge-base/webapp-flows#edit-a-flow) flows for any county in your region.

## 4. Build out your team

[Invite and manage Facilitators and Champions](/knowledge-base/webapp-users#invite-a-user) across your region — you can assign any role below your own level.

## 5. Review and approve documents

[Approve or reject uploaded documents](/knowledge-base/webapp-documents#approve-a-document) — this is a Coordinator/SuperAdmin-only action. Use each flow's [Documents tab](/knowledge-base/webapp-documents#the-documents-tab) and [Feedback tab](/knowledge-base/webapp-feedback) to check progress across counties.

## 6. Review analytics across flows

Compare [analytics dashboards](/knowledge-base/webapp-analytics) across flows in your region to spot patterns or gaps.

## 7. Manage your region's users

[Edit](/knowledge-base/webapp-users#edit-a-user), [view](/knowledge-base/webapp-users#view-user-details), and [activate/deactivate](/knowledge-base/webapp-users#activate-or-deactivate-a-user) users across your region.

## 8. Stay in the loop

You'll receive **email notifications** for key events across your region — flow created / approved / closed, feedback collection started or ended, documents needing approval, and onboarding confirmations. (Champions receive the same events via WhatsApp instead.)
