This guide tells you *when* and *why* to use each feature. For details on how a feature works, follow the links into the [Knowledge Base](/knowledge-base/getting-started). ## 1. Get set up Accept your invitation and log in — see [Getting Started](/knowledge-base/getting-started). ## 2. Find your flow Browse the [Flows page](/knowledge-base/webapp-flows#the-flows-page) to see the budget-participation flow(s) you're involved in, or ask the [WhatsApp bot for a flow status overview](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#getting-a-flow-status-overview). ## 3. Review the budget documents Open a flow's [Documents tab](/knowledge-base/webapp-documents#the-documents-tab) or [ask the bot for a flow document](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#getting-a-flow-document) to read the budget, memo, or infopack before a session. ## 4. Collect and submit feedback Submit participant feedback via WhatsApp: [text](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#submitting-feedback-text), [photos](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#submitting-feedback-photos), or [PDF](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#submitting-feedback-pdf-upload). ## 5. Track progress Check the flow's [overview and step tracking](/knowledge-base/webapp-flows#overview-tab) to see where the flow is in its lifecycle, or [ask the WhatsApp bot for a status overview](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#getting-a-flow-status-overview). ## 6. Stay in the loop You'll receive [WhatsApp notifications](/knowledge-base/whatsapp-bot#notifications-youll-receive) when key events happen on your flow — flow created / approved / closed, feedback collection started or ended, documents needing approval, and onboarding confirmations. ## 7. Keep your profile current Update your own contact details — see [Edit a user](/knowledge-base/webapp-users#edit-a-user).
